I guess my backpacking days are over. I will be having surgery on my knee again on the 27th of March. The Doc said slow down, small-short hikes now. I was so hoping to backpack down into the Grand Canyon one more time, my memories will have to do. I am sure my feet will thank me!
But maybe if I slow down and sit down I could get some art done!!!
See there's a bright side to everything!

    Good luck with your surgery. I'm sure all will go well......just find a smaller canyon to hike in :) My sis is having knee replacement surgery next week too!
